Recherche colocataire étudiante ou maman solo Paris 18è

Bonjour, Je suis maman solo de deux enfants (7 et 10 ans), je cherche à héberger une autre personne, étudiante ou maman solo (idéalement 1 seul enfant car sinon nous manquerons de place) contre un petit loyer (je suis propriétaire) + la possibilité de garder et de s'occuper de mes deux enfants quelques fois dans l'année, quelques jours d'affilé lors de mes déplacements professionnels. Nous sommes situés au pied de Montmartre, l'appartement est spacieux et très lumineux. C’est un 4 pièces de 100m2, au 3e étage avec ascenseur. ⚠️ je suis malheureusement allergique aux poils de chien et chat donc je ne peux les héberger. Hello, I'm a single mother of two children (aged 7 and 10), and I'm looking to host another person, student or single mother (ideally only 1 child, otherwise we'd run out of space) for a small rent (I'm the owner) + the possibility of looking after my two children a few times a year, or a few days in a row when I'm away on business. We're located at the foot of Montmartre, and the apartment is spacious and very bright. It's a 100m2 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. ⚠️ Unfortunately, I'm allergic to dog and cat hair, so I can't take them in.
